There are still people being unconstitutionally held for allegations of insurrection against the federal government on Jan. 6, 2021. There was no insurrection, and maybe a few people got unruly during the protest that day. It certainly all pales in comparison to the riots that have taken place off and on including currently over the anticipated reversal of the Roe V Wade by the supreme court.
